Mark Eberhardt is a loving and caring man who takes pride in his work.  He is a family oriented person and has built his company around them. Mark believes that trust is what builds relationships and is committed to gaining the trust of the client early on to ensure clear communication. He is a man that is committed to his work and takes the initiative to ensure each job is completed on time and within the allotted budget.

Mark Eberhardt started construction right out of high school.  He moved to Florida began building in the early 1970’s.  From Florida he moved to California and located himself in the small central coast town of Morro Bay.  He built an arrangement of buildings in Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, and Atascadero.  When the construction started to slow on the central coast, he was given the opportunity to move to Truckee, CA.  He began building in Truckee during the late 70’s and early 80’s and formed the company, Mark Eberhardt Building Contractor. The growing industry in the Tahoe Basin has allowed him to stay in Truckee for the last 25 years. 

Due to the growing industry in 2005, Mark converted his company into a corporation, Eberhardt and Eberhardt Construction Incorporated.  Mark is known for his dedication and utmost craftsmanship in his homes. Even though the company is growing and expanding, he is still devoted to the same principles that originally built his company.

Casey Eberhardt graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in March 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management.  Casey is now working full time as Project Manager with Eberhardt and Eberhardt.  Casey is currently working to become LEED Accredited Professional (A.P.).  He hopes to incorporate green build techniques and materials to build sustainable custom homes in Tahoe.
