Mark Eberhardt got his contractor’s license in 1976. He has been building for over 30 years and has built luxury homes in Florida and California. He is best known for his California creations found in Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, Atascadero, and Truckee.

Mark’s dedication to utmost craftsmanship in his homes has earned Eberhardt and Eberhardt a sterling reputation. He is a family oriented and community minded person who has built his company around those two central values. As is a man who is committed to his life’s work, he delivers the very highest quality and ensures that each job is completed on time and within the allotted budget.

Casey Eberhardt graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. He is now working full time as Projects Manager with Eberhardt and Eberhardt. Casey is a LEED Accredited Professional (A.P.). He hopes to incorporate green build techniques and materials to build sustainable custom homes in Tahoe.

Casey’s goal is to build quality custom homes that are friendly to the sensitive environment in Tahoe.
